After we review your application for our Summer Work and Travel Programme, and if you’re accepted, you can secure your spot for only 100 euros!
Fees:
Our comprehensive Premium programme is available for €1,295, payable in 4 convenient Installments.
Initial Payment of €100: secures your application and reserves your spot.
Second Payment of €350: schedules employer interviews and secures your job
placement.
Third Payment of €395: to process your application and paperwork.
Fourth Payment of €450: releases your DS-2019 Form, essential for scheduling a visa appointment.
Other Payments
A Payment of $185 USD to the United States Embassy in Dublin to book your J1 Visa appointment.

Let’s break down our application process step by step.
Ready to begin?
1. Fill out an online application to join our Programme.
2. We’ll reach out to schedule a virtual interview or chat by phone.
3. After reviewing your application, we’ll email you the results.
4. Once you are accepted, secure your spot by making the first payment of €100
5. Once your spot is reserved, we’ll email you instructions for completing your application. You’ll need to provide documents like your CV, Cover Letter, Proof of Student Status and a Copy of a Valid Passport.
6. After submitting all of the necessary documents, and making a second payment of €300, you’ll gain access to our US Sponsor’s job database and hiring events. We’ll work hard to help you find a job in your preferred location.
7. Once you have accepted a job offer, make the Third Payment of €395. We’ll handle the paperwork for your DS-2019 form, essential for applying for the J1 visa.
8. Before our US Sponsor issues your DS-2019 Form, make the fourth and final payment of €400.
9. With all payments completed and DS-2019 in hand, we’ll guide you through filling out your DS-160 visa application form. We’re here to help whenever you need assistance.
10. To apply for the J1 visa, pay a visa Fee of $185 USD to the American Embassy. Alternatively, transfer the fee to Gloex and we’ll book your appointment for an interview at the US Embassy in Dublin.

What is a J1 Summer Work and Travel Programme (Bridge USA)?
It is a visa programme that lets you work and travel in the United States during
your college summer break. You can start working from May 15th to September
15th. After that, you get an extra 30 days to travel around the US.
What is the eligibility to apply for the Summer Work and Travel Programme
(Bridge USA)?
You can apply if you’re between 18-30 years.
You must be a full-time student studying at a recognized college or university in
Ireland. Your course needs to be at a degree level and taught in person. Also,
you should have finished at least one semester of your studies when you apply.
Can I apply for the Summer Work and travel Programme (Bridge USA)
without a Passport?
Yes, you can start the application without a Passport. But later, you’ll need to
provide Gloex with a copy of your passport before we can arrange your J1 visa
for the US and schedule your Embassy Appointment.
How many times can I go on the Summer Work and Travel Programme
(Bridge USA)?
You can participate up to three times as long as you remain a full-time student.
What kind of jobs can I expect to get on the Summer Work and Travel
Programme (Bridge USA)?
All of our summer jobs are in the service industry, you can expect to work in
restaurants, amusement parks, hotels, coffee shops and much more.
Where will I live?
Your accommodation will be organized by our Sponsor in the US or by your
employer. They try to make sure it is as convenient as possible for you, aiming
for a place that is near your work or with good transport options. All of the
information you need about your accommodation will be included in your job
offer, which you will receive before you set off.
What is an Exchange Visitor Programme Sponsor?
An organization regulated by the United States Department of State who are
responsible for the issuing of your work authorization document (DS-2019). The
Programme Sponsor will support and monitor your programme and also help
you in case of an emergency while you are in the USA.
What is the Form DS-2019?
It is a work authorization document issued by a designated Programme
Sponsor. The DS-2019 is necessary to apply for the J1 visa. The DS-2019 is a
very important document that you will need to enter the USA, apply for the USA
Social Security Card, to work and to report taxes, among others.
What is Sevis?
It’s the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System, a system in the
United States that gathers information on exchange visitors during their stay in
the US. WithSEVIS, you’ll need to check in with your Sponsor every 30 days.
